By submitting an application or making a payment through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Gardesh Tourism provides visa application support and administrative services, as well as travel and tour coordination services.

We are not a government authority, embassy, or consulate, and we do not issue visas. Visa issuance decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.

2. Application Fees

The applicant is responsible for paying the applicable service fee at the time of application submission.

Service fees cover administrative processing and support services and are separate from any fees charged by embassies or authorities.

3. Visa Requirements and Changes

Visa requirements, procedures, documentation, and consular fees may change at any time without prior notice by the relevant authorities.

Gardesh Tourism is not responsible for:

• Changes to embassy or consular requirements

• Additional documentation requests

• Delays or losses resulting from such changes

4. Verification and Validity

Applicants are responsible for:

• Verifying visa authorisation details with the relevant consulate

• Ensuring their passport has a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of entry

• Collecting visas within the validity period specified by the issuing authority

Communication is normally conducted via email. Gardesh Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by email delivery issues, spam filters, or incorrect contact details provided by the applicant.

5. Processing Times

Any processing times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur if:

• Additional information is requested by authorities

• Further administrative checks or investigations are conducted

• External circumstances affect processing

Such delays are outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Gardesh Tourism shall not be liable for visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by authorities

• We are not responsible for losses arising from travel disruption, changes to travel plans, or inability to travel

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
