Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Gardesh Tourism.


1. Visa Application Support Services

Once an application has been received and processing has begun:

  • All visa service fees are non-refundable

  • This applies regardless of:

    • Visa approval or refusal

    • Processing delays

    • Applicant’s decision not to proceed


2. Cancellations Before Processing

If a cancellation request is received before any processing has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, less administrative costs.


3. Travel and Tour Services

Refunds for travel or tour services depend on:

  • Supplier terms

  • Nature of the service booked

Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before any refund is issued.


4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback does not override this policy.

We provide payment processors with documentation confirming:

  • Clear service descriptions

  • Transparent non-refund terms disclosed prior to payment
